        My family and me were very well supported during such a difficult time, arranging the funeral of my husband. We were treated with care and respect at all tines, and received face to face appointments with Hazel, deciding which coffin, order of service brochure, we had a photo when doing the reflection, it was all done very professionally with care and support. They also did the same for my mum and dad who passed away within 5 months of each other 4 years ago.

        Dear Hazel and all at Bracher Bros On behalf of my family may I thank you so much for all you done for us at this very sad time for my mum Gwen Parfitts funeral on 25th of October. Your understanding, professionalism, and kindness was outstanding from start to finish. I was so proud at the service and your guidance and grace on the day made us feel cared for. Although I did not get to meet Hazel personally I feel I must give a special thank you for your attention to detail, you were so helpful to my wife in the days before the funeral.
