Brought my Italian dress over here for dry cleaning, when I collected it was in their cover and did not bother to check, once I thought I brought it to professionals. After a while I unpacked the dress once it was an occasion dress, used for my sister first communion, and I noticed that the braces were unattached, I brought it back to the shop exposing the problem thinking that that was me not to know how to attach them back and find out they are broken. In that case I asked them to repair these, but they actually told me that they have got terms and conditions, which they will never show you before you hand your dress to them, stating that they dont take responsibility for the damages!! and pretended me to buy the bits missing, bring it back to them and pay for the dress to be repaired.!! I also add that no one told me that the dress been damaged the moment I collected it. Unbelievable! Try to contact the management, still same answer and did even not respond back. I DO NOT recommend this company at all. They are un trustable and wont repair their mistakes. Their motto is, we can ruin your clothes, but we dont take responsibility. I hope this is helpful for future potential clients.
