        currently 1 star as they came to quote, have done a measured survey but as others have said here, every time i call, the person who knows what is going on isn't around so they ask if they can call me back the following day and never do. I have had to chase 3 times so far an no progress has been made. I think they are good and want to use them but my concern is that if it takes this long to get windows installed, what will happen if there is something wrong with them and i need Bill Butters to come back. I will keep chasing and might revise the score if service improves. So after attempt 4 i got a call back but installation is about 4 months after the survey, i don't know if that is normal because of how busy they are but upgrading the review to 3 stars as finally we have some progress.

        New fascias and soffits fitted to a high standard, Quickly came out to give us a quote, emailed to us within a couple of days. Scaffolding company equally as efficient. Would recommend.
