I can do physical work again thanks to this woman! An in-depth consultation meant she could pinpoint the exact problems and the treatment made me curse but was very effective. Jo also taught me some invaluable exercises to do at home to prevent further problems. Can't recommend her enough.

I visited Joanna at her practise in Frome recently with a suspected sciatica nerve problem. I literally hobbled into her practice in agony.. Joanna instantly made me feel at ease with her cool, calm and professional nature, asking me questions regarding the nature of my work, which is of the manual type. She soon got to work on my back after the consultation with gentle motions which almost immediately eased the pain. At the end of my half hour session I felt human again, ready to face the world.. Another few sessions totally sorted me out and along with some deep tissue massage my back pain, now is a distant memory. I would not hesitate to recommend Joanna to treat anyone with similar back problems either in Sherbourne or Frome. 10/10 in my view. Thanks Jo..

I first went to Jo with severe back and neck problems. She sorted me out and got me going again. I still go back for occasional check ups when I need bit of 'tweaking' and it keeps me mobile. I would highly recommend Jo, she is both thorough and competent. The exercises she gives are practical and work. Thank you Jo for giving me my mobility back!
