After a poor start to our visit she totally turned it around, and we will definitely be going back for the delicious coffee, baked goods and redeemed service

The Sherborne store is really a good one! Clean and tidy with a lovely friendly staff, who were so helpful.
The coffee was great, I think that it was Pelican Rouge, and it was definitely worth it.
There was a lovely choice of sandwiches and cakes, I had a fabulous almond croissant to go with my latte. And a gorgeous sourdough loaf for later.
Thank you, promise I'll be back soon.
