Moorelands

Purchased a vehicle from them in November. They are ignoring messages and failing to fulfill the promises that they have made on fixing this vehicles issues. I'm left with a vehicle that still has frustrating issues which looks like i'm now stuck with. Thank god for social media so others know to avoid this company for shocking service and buy from elsewhere. Hopefully from being forced to leave a review like this will get us a response or action in sorting out the vehicle issues and then give us something positive to say.

Break the Mould when it comes to 'used car dealers', I'm the first person to complain when it comes to be treated unfairly by a used car dealer or anyone for that matter. I'm a buyer by profession. But I'm also the first to take a step back and tip my hat when a business goes the extra mile. Jack and his crew are a different breed, they are what I and many would call old school. Yes, they can be difficult to get hold of at times as the other review suggested but to be fair, they are trying to run a business and don't sit behind a desk all day. I had a small fault on a vehicle which was down to Tyre pressure sensors that developed after i bought the vehicle and they sorted it quickly, gave me a courtesy vehicle and they also fitted some aftermarket parts for me (that i was going to do myself) as way of an apology. They didn't have to do that, and they didn't even charge me, trust me businesses like this nowadays are few and far between. 5 out of 5 from me. Would definitely recommend.

Avoid this company at all cost, they will happily take your money, but don't expect them to fulfill any warranty on the vehicle after purchase even if still under warranty. The vehicle had many problems..
