        Were supposed to have a scan, called us 5 minutes before appointment to cancel, when we were at their doorsteps, after driving an hour. Abysmal customer experience, they had appointments all day, so knew for hours that they couldn't serve us. Extremely disappointed.

        Couldnt of asked for a more pleasant experience! Absolutely lovely staff from the phone call to finding the building to speaking to them inside! Put mine and my partners minds at so much ease! Got lovely photos to keep as well as photos and videos on an app to treasure for a life time! Will definitely highly recommend!

        Had a 4D bonding scan today and the ladies were so lovely, as they always are! Made myself and partner feel so at ease and made it feel like such a special and rememberable experience for us! Thank you both so much x
