        This company doesnt know what appointment and service promise are. I doubt where those 5-star reviews came from. Their show up rate is less than 33% in my case. Contacted their CS in the last 15min of my appointment window and they told me their engineer had something urgent to do and couldnt come. So what is the point of making appointments and is it so difficult to contact the customer for cancellations when they have something urgent to do? They ask the customer to pay in advance but dont show up as expected. The CS can never reach the engineers. It is up to the Engineers to decide whether to visit you or not. Highly NOT recommend this company unless you have lots of time to waste. They dont care about you once they have got your money.
