Harassment is the only word fit to describe this agency. I had been given a charge of which I was not aware of despite several emails proving I had nothing to do with the payment they still accused me instead of speaking to their client. I told them theyre affecting my mental health to which they responded how so. They want me to pay for an apartment I never saw let alone stepped in and had the audacity to say I lived there for 3 months ( a lie ) on top of this they did not even have a signature of mine on the contract. I understand there a business and have clients but this isnt a mob that gets money from people for no reason and Im not sure they understand that.

Scam artists!! Chasing a debt that is up to date. No knowledge of what the so called debt was for. Glad I was cautious. Someone else may not have been so lucky and got scammed. Disgraceful! Will be reporting to ombudsman

Had a letter regarding money I owe to Lavazza. Lavazza didn't have the decency to leave a message to call back about a payment issue. Spoke to someone on the phone who tried his utmost to twist my words to suit a narrative that I should pay. Didn't listen to a word I was saying. Terrible!
