Harry and his team initially came out to inspect a leak, one of several local companies we contacted. The consensus from all was that we needed a new roof. He didn't try to force a new roof on us, and offered to repair it as best he could, as he recognised it's a big expense. Harry quoted us a competitive and reasonable rate, and we ultimately chose to pursue his quote because of his professional manner and friendliness. He first repaired the main leaks to tide us over until his first available slot for a new roof, which was 2-3 months later. We had no issues with the repair, and the re-roof went very smoothly. Harry and his team were friendly and professional and kept us updated on the progress throughout the 3 weeks it took. It was a pleasure to be able to trust them to get on with the job to a high standard. The new roof looks fantastic and they did an excellent job. Highly recommend. Harry & Michael came out to us at very short notice to repair our leaking roof in Aldington. They were very professional, fast, efficient, tidy and well priced! Couple of days later we discovered a leak in a separate part of the house, they came next day(!) and repaired it within an hour! Cant recommend these guys enough. I noticed patches of damp on two of my ceilings. TW Roofing Services came round immediately and repaired my roof temporarily to prevent further damage. Harry and Mike returned at a later date to effect a permanent repair. At all times they were courteous and efficient and explained clearly what was required to repair my roof. They recommended the most cost-effective solution. I have no hesitation in recommending TW Roofing Services. I will contact them later in the year to clear out my gutters. Service: Roof repair
