        We've been with Shepton Vets since 2017 and they have been outstanding, from supporting us through our reactive Rottweilers cancer diagnosis, to our cats various ailments including helping our elderly cat pass peacefully. Recently we had to see them out of hours due to an accident at home where they treated our dog and took our snake and frogs overnight to try and help us the best they could. Everyone is doing well and I can't recommend this practice enough!

        Price quote verbally not honoured due to junior member of staff quoting verbal price whilst in a "Free Appointment" vet only has 15 mins consultation so didn't provide written quote until the day of the op which was more than 300 over the verbal quote! Disgusting money grabbing people and extremely patronising...... AVOID
