        Outstanding service. Arrived in 20 minutes and diagnosed a flat battery which was replaced on the spot.

        Cant thank the staff at the Shepton Mallet branch of Suttons Stairlifts enough for the way they installed a stairlift for my husband which then needed to be removed with an hours notice to allow ambulance personnel to have free access to use a stretcher. Everything was dealt with extremely quickly and it was made so simple - no unwanted sales jargon, everything explained properly and no added costs - would definitely recommend to anyone who wants first class service.
