Shocking service, spelled it out clearly for a classic crust (deep pan) pizza 3 times and even had that repeated back to me by cashier. Then open the pizza box to find thin crust that was literally burnt to a crisp. The pizza also had a waved shape where it had been under so much heat. Manager then said no refund because I couldn't get back to the store as I am a carer for someone. Refused to refund and tried offering a copon after insulting me which I declined. Will use Papa John's in future.

absolutely shocking the staff hear sent the wrong pizza to my address and when I called them to explain the situation they sent the delivery man bk to mine he was rude told me he was not collecting the pizza and that I would need to call them bk so I did and they sent the original pizza I ordered 1.5 hours later.. they now refuse to deliver to my home even though it was there mistake...

Little Fiesta cream yellow colour 09 plate. Driver on phone, ran through red light by Mcolls, I know was red as mine was definitely on green!
