        Wanted to book a house viewing in Shepton Mallet with this estate agent - we had to call them at least 20 times throughout the day before they even picked up. The phone went to voicemail every time so the line wasnt busy, they just dont pick up. Eventually we managed to book the viewing with them but needed to call them again to confirm the viewing as they didnt bother to confirm with us - again, we called about 20 times and they never picked up. In the end we took a gamble and showed up to the house viewing despite not hearing from them. After the viewing they promised to call us to follow up but they never did contact us ever again. All Id say is, if youre a seller dont use this estate agent!! They dont make it easy for a buyer who is potentially interested in a house.
