        I think a few staff here need lessons on how to press a buzzer or knock on a door! Fed up of having to go & collect stuff from sorting office because I'm apparently not in! This has happened on more than one occasion, & practically every time I've been in, no one has buzzed, or knocked on my door. Today I found a 'sorry we missed you' card shoved under my front door, time 10.30am. I was here. No one bothered to buzz or knock .. I have a noise reactive dog who goes into barking spasms at the slightest little noise, & she was asleep right until 11.30am. I don't mind going to collect if I've not been in, but having to make an extra (usually inconvenient!!) trip when I've been in at the time of delivery is extremely annoying!!! I gave up on the phone to arrange a redelivery, as when I rang it gave me a waiting time of 5 minutes .. at 20+ minutes I was still waiting!!!

        Extremely upset that my mothers registered post Will was sent to the wrong address, causing me unnecessary stress. I had to go and find it.
