        Absolutely appalling home ... we arrived to the home 1st impressions were awful , rubbish in the car park , old baby gates laying beside the wall by the front door , not homely in the slightest , we were shown to my family members room whilst he remained in the lounge , the room hadn't been cleaned , somebody else's clothes in the wardrobe, bed not made , curtains only attached with 2 rings , razors left in the medicine cabinet , the garden was not secure so he didn't go out at all , wouldn't let us talk to him when we phoned , I could carry on and write an essay ....please please do not send a loved one here ..
