Had a MasterSpa Getaway 6 tub delivered and installed. On time and the installation guys were efficient and neat. Ordering process was easy. BTW, hot tubs are GREAT!!

We visited All Pools and Spas at the end of April and although without an appointment, were given plenty of time and information by Debra to satisfy our curiosity and decide to commit. We made up our minds which tub we would like but did not order until the following day so we could make enquiries of what we believed to be the best choice of hot tub for us. Although due to COVID we were told from ordering our hot tub, it would take 6-8 weeks, we were sceptical and expected this to be like 12-16 weeks due to everyone wanting to relax at home as they couldn't go away on holiday! Well we were amazed to receive a phone call and follow up email after just six weeks confirming delivery and installation within the next two weeks. Sam, Alex and their colleagues arrived ahead of time on an awful wet day but cheerfully set to work. They were incredibly polite and helpful and the tub was filled, up and running in less than 3-hours. It has heated up by the next morning. We have been using the hot tub twice a day and is perfect to cool off and relax in this hot weather. We are off to get some spares and top up the chemicals from All Pools and Spas shortly but the starter pack is fine to get you through a few weeks. I would commend you to consider using All Pools and Spas if you are looking for a good service which has been exactly what they promised!

Outstanding service. Really friendly guys that went through everything about care and maintenance of our new hot tub with us. Very professional. Love the hot tub. Would also recommend South West Crane Hire if your hot tub needs to be craned over house roof like ours did due to restricted access. Cannot recommend All Pools and Spas highly enough - super helpful from start to finish.

we have eight hot tubs to maintain on our site and All pools and spas are always very helpful and with good prices and a very quick delivery service, highly recommend.

On the basis of my experience with Allpools and Spas, I would advise having a lawyer check the contract before you sign and not to pay any money in advance. We were impressed by Andy in the sale process for our swimming pool. He seemed to know what was going on and on the basis of this we awarded the contract to what we were led to believe was him and his partner. However the pool project been a long saga but we ended up having to sue him and his partner. He and their partner have just settled out of court paying 21,000 between the two of them. Their lawyer points out that "a settlement agreement is purely that, it is not a finding of fact... Our clients position is that they were never party to this contract and this was never tested in court." Read into this comment and the settlement what you like. But my advice to have a lawyer check your contract and not pay in advance.
