I used this company for Conveyancing. They spelt the name of the Vendors Solicitor wrong. As a result, the email address they were using to communicate with the sellers solicitors was non-existent. That problem went on for over eight weeks. It was the Estate Agent who asked for them to forward on an email who finally noticed their error. BGW then tried to put the blame on the Vendors Solicitor by saying the Vendors Solicitor did not have a bounce back service, so they didnt know their emails were not reaching them. Finally, when it came to signing the Land Registry Form, at the end, I had to correct the error they had made in the contact details. From start to finish it was not a good experience.

My partner absolutely cannot recommend or thank Hannah and her team enough! Hannah was dealing with a flat sale and house purchase and communicated effectively throughout and enabled us to completete ahead of the end timeline we had imposed. She also managed to be the voice of calm when things reached the inevitably stressful period of exchange and completion dates. Should we ever move again we will definitely be using Hannah.

BGW undertook the conveyancing on a property we bought recently. Hannah and her team communicated when required, but otherwise got on with the job, stuck to the requested deadline and delivered on time. Excellent work, thank you.
