From the start, we knew we were in safe hands with Lyons Bowe. To start of house purchase, we dealt with Ella who was informative and extremely helpful in answering any questions we had. After Ella had completed her bit, we were passed onto Cassie who again, was very helpful and very knowledgeable. To end the process, we were passed onto Josie who was fantastic throughout. She kept us informed, answered any questions (there were a lot) and managed to help us achieve our goal of being in our first home in time for Christmas.
