        We attempted to charge on both stations on Tuesday 28th March 2023 but unfortunately there was an error. Contacted the support team who rebooted the chargers whilst I was parked up. Still not successful so the nice gentleman apologised and said that he would request an engineer attend. By attempting to charge on both stations my bank has been deducted 15 twice which has not been reimbursed back into my bank account. Even attempted to use the Instavolt app without success and that even deducted 1 twice. So I'm now 32 out of pocket and no charge uploaded into my car. Very disappointing

        Needed to charge in the early hours. Very well lit car park. Clean & Tidy 75p/ kilowatt hour. Charged at 42wk on my car until 80% then 22 until my chosen 90% full.

        This is NOT down Frog Lane. Keep on the main road and turn into Charlton House Hotel. The chargers are at the far end of the car park on the right. The hotel is lovely and let you use the toilets and coffee shop (not expensive). Such a lovely spot to charge.
