Crafty Nectar Cider Co

Cider advent calendar ordered in September, should ship from October. No updates received for over a month. I got in touch with Customer Services in November, three times in total. Every time they would check with the fullfillment team, but no follow-ups. Shortly after my latest request for an update, I suddenly received a notification that my order had been refunded. No explanation, no apologies. I obviously don't feel like a valued customer.

Zero customer service Cider was great, but we only received two out of three boxes. Paid in full for a 3 month subscription. This was a gift, so very unhappy. Customer services emails were never responded too. Definitely would not recommend. Had a parcel force notification saying the sender received the box back with proof of receipt, box is yet to be resent to us. After 9 emails and writing 3 negative online reviews I finally got an email response, and the missing box was finally delivered to us! Still would not recommend using this company.

Now this is fruit cider. It was so much better than Lilleys cider.
