        We have ordered from Sams grill in Shepshed often and we have never had any issues, we have always been pleased with the food and quality. Unfortunately I couldn't say the same for the meal we received tonight. First of all the order took ages to arrive and the delivery time had to be changed for a further 30 mins due to not arriving. The food the arrived was well disgusting. The pizza made me sick due to how salty it was which meant it had to go in the bin. The chips arrived cold and the burger was burnt to the point it also had to go in the bin as recked the taste of the burger. We are so shocked and disappointed for the lack of quality and safety of the food we recievd tonight.
