We have been buying from this company for over twenty years due to covid 19 we needed some perspex cut that we had previously purchased from them to use in our mobile food Van's as sneezeguards for safety and hygiene (not law but good for our customers to see we're making an effort and doing all we can to protect them and ourselves). upon taking it to there premises I was met by 2 of the most unhelpful and offensive employees ever. Who said they wouldn't cut it because it hadn't been brought from them. after assuring them that it was they said they didn't recognise me so would still not be willing to make the cut at any cost so thank you polybron at a time when everyone needs to pull together u just treat your long standing customers like dirt. I definitely will not be going back to this business in future and would suggest they need to be looking at there customer relations
