SIP Industrial Products Ltd

As a business owner, I found SIP the worst ever to deal with. Bad products coupled with an atrocious service and backup makes this a terrible combination. Wrong parts sent out several times while being provided with child proof information regarding parts. I will never ever deal with them again and advise everyone else the same. Warranty may as well mean nothing as they dont stand by their products or services.

Do not under any circumstance buy SIP tools, they are horrendously made, planer thicknesser on the surfacing side was 5mm+ off level coming out the box(impossible to straighten timber) The cast iron saw is usually broken down and when not does not cut straight(impossible to get it right with adjustment), All Chinese made quality tools

Had a faulty compressor which I emailed about on Monday via the Machine Mart website. MM said they had passed on my email to SIP. Received a call yesterday morning from Mike who diagnosed the issue and sent out a replacement part free of charge, which just arrived today (within 24 hours). In a world of terrible customer service, the service from SIP has been exceptional. Thank you very much. Will be purchasing from you again.
