Now I have problems with stick drift, a squeezing R2 trigger, a loose upper plastic cover, programming loss from time to time and a unresponsive/dead feeling X button. I reported it to SCUFgaming. Now I got a bill about 70 to pay ahead before SCUF gaming wants to start repairing my controller. They blame me that I damaged the controller. Unbelievable! The controller does not has any damage or has seen any force. I am absolutely unhappy! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SHOP! !WARNING! Greetings from Germany!

So upset with this company, I paid over $400 to ship a controller to the yukon. 2 months after the purchase, scuf emails me saying they messed up and didn't charge me the tax. So they automatically charged my card which they still had on file apparently. For something as expensive as it is, you would hope for better customer service. I would never buy from you again and will definitely share my experience. If I charged someone $400 and then 2 months later just charged more money because I made a mistake I wouldn't have a business for very long, not to sure how you are able to get away with this.
