Definitely the worst company I've ever worked. As a new starter you will never get proper training in this company, you suppose to be in the field everyday and learn a machines but unfortunately the mostly of your time you will spend at workshop doing nothing. Only one training what you will have its a couple of online trainings and that's it. You will be left alone at this company and on the end they will fire you without a reason they not care about a peoples just they want to somebody start working alone after couple of weeks without proper training because owner of this company didn't want to spend money to go working with somebody in the field and learn something from other engineers. Also there is a lack of health and safety at this company they learn you on online courses so you cannot lift more than 25Kg parts by you own but unfortunately you will need to lift sometimes a components which they weight around 50Kg by your self without any help. If you not starting working alone after 10 weeks been in the company they ask you to come to meeting and they will fire you because lack of progress. An then you will fainting with emails to get your expenses back and your P45 couple of weeks. I will not recommend that company to anybody because its a waste of time and money. Better to go somewhere else.
