Same here, if I could have given minus stars, I would have. Worst company I have ever dealt with, ever so unprofessional and I can even say rude. They didn't even bother to attend site to give an accurate quote. He cannot formulate a proper email, cannot spell or punctuate. But above all, to come back to me and say "I knew it was a waste of time", it is ever so rude. This is a cowboy company who just wants to rip people off!! I would never use them or recommend to anyone!! Unprofessional, rude and immature!!

If I could give zero stars I would. Possibly the WORST customer service I have ever had the misfortune of experiencing. Martin Lewis, CEO visited our office to discuss the works and promised to send over a quote. I had to chase for the quote but wasnt a problem, I then had to make 3 phones and many emails JUST to confirm a date for the works. I wasnt in a rush and just wanted a confirmed date, Martin ignored my emails but finally responded with a confirmed date and said he would be in touch beforehand. He didnt contact me before the date and didnt bother to turn up on the agreed date or even make the very small effort of letting me know, his phone went directly to voicemail and he ignored my emails. In fact I had to call him several times, I finally got hold of him late afternoon, he said I have no excuses just busy workload, I understand that but too busy to even do me the very small courtesy of letting me know he wasnt going bother to turn up. He then promised to help me find another contractor to do the works, but of course nothing. Unbelievable that a company can behave in this way and treat customers so badly, would avoid at all costs.
