Fs hand car wash

Disappointed after a few years of loyal custom. Took my Citron Cactus for a 'Silver' carwash & interior clean and was told upon handing my keys over, that's 29 - Checking the board displaying the service prices, I notice that there is NOT a 29 price for any services displayed. Are you calling this a large car I said referring to my Citron Cactus (incidently, Which Magazine categories the Cactus as a small car and Citron themselves, a 'small family car') Yes was the reply - if you don't want it, don't have it. I am somewhat surprised as this is not the customer service I or my family have experienced here before. I wonder if my husband's Ford Estate would be upgraded to a van- for service purposes only of course. *footnote : interior hoovering was also a bit hit and miss. Service: Auto interior vacuuming

Took a car in for cleaning and after the process was finished I found one of the dashboard flaps was broken. When I complained I was told they didnt break it. Hmmmm! Well it was working perfectly beforehand. It must have been the naughty pixies!!! Very unhappy it falls on me to pick up an expensive repair for somebody elses clumsiness and I have to explain the damage to the owner of the car Service: Auto detailing
