Went on the Bank Holiday weekend and whilst it was busy, the food arrived quickly and tasted great! All the staff that I had the fortune of running into were lovely! Will definitely be coming again!

Cant give a zero - 3 of the last 4 times Ive booked in specifically for a steak dinner, Ive arrived to find theyve sold out. Even Special Requesting a ribeye steak on my booking today failed to secure one (their excuse this time was it was bank holiday - yes, but that ended yesterday and wasnt the case on my previous bookings). Ill be taking my business elsewhere from now on So now youre calling me a LIAR?? The facts are: 1) In the last 14 months Ive booked in 4 times to have a steak dinner 2) 2 of those 4 times (including my birthday in January) steak was unavailable when I arrived. 3) On those 2 occasions I was told to try another time (one of those occasions being me trying again after the first time). 4) I booked a table again today 4 hours BEFORE I actually intended dining. (3rd occasion) 5) Yes you did phone, but only as Id actually requested the steak on my booking as when I booked in January for my birthday I was told when I arrived that steak was off as it had sold out earlier that day. I tried to pre-empt this but was told that youd sold out over bank holiday weekendwhich ended yesterday NOT today. If youve got a popular meal you should increase your stock order!! So what am I lying about???

Booked fir 3pm sitting but was delayed by 40 minutes but we were kept up to date and was given a free round of drinks due to the delay
