Long waiting times to pick up a prescription and slow service. Unhelpful staff , when asked of a product the south Asian pharmacist said "I don't know if we have it" and proceeded to the customer behind me. Who is supposed to know whether you have it or not? Mind-blowing really

NEVER answer the phone and you still have to wait days to get a prescription filled. They refuse to deliver to my gran who can barely walk so she has to get a taxi into town to get her prescription when I can't collect for her. They never seem to get doctors prescriptions through, you then have to argue with the doctors to send the prescription again or get Boots to acknowledge they have the prescription which takes days to resolve. All the staff need replacing with staff who actually care.

The prescription service is apalling, the medicines are never in on time and when they are only part of the order is completed due to not having ordered enough to fulfilll the order This week alone I have gone back 3 times for my parents medication today they tried to say, could I come back this afternoon as not received the order only for them to then say once I'd advised this was my 3rd visit oh we have them. Absolutely dreadful service Witnessed a further 5 people told - could you come back in 4 days when they had already been waiting a week a week .
