This was last year but I'm still annoyed about it! I'd been using ETL for three years and thought I'd found a great garage, even after moving to the south coast, I still intended on using them. I twice made the 130 mile round trip (my wife said I was mad!) in quick succession to take both of my cars in for their annual service, on getting them home, both had very obvious oil leaks. I took them to a local garage, who informed me that the engine sump plugs were loose on both cars, one was just finger tight and the other just a couple of treads in!! I easily could have lost all the oil on the motorway and seized the engines. I really should have trusted my instinct and gone somewhere else, as Tim really didn't seem interested when I was booking both cars in. So disappointed with someone I thought I could trust.

My X3 reversing camera suddenly started showing upside down. Tried a couple of local Berry BMW dealers and they both said leave it with them all day at unknown cost. Saw ETLs positive reviews and took it there and it was fixed in 15 mins. Glad to have an alternative to the BMW dealership mafia.
