My parents purchased their house through Haart Ashford over 23 years ago. Dad recently died and I needed help with Probate and a valuation of the house. I didn't hesitate to contact Haart again. This time I was put through to Matt Hill. He kindly arranged for Mum's house to be valued and sent a letter. But even more importantly, when I broke down as its a recent death, Matt was a voice of strength and understanding. He really gave me support when I had none. It was a phone call that lifted me on a day that had been hard. He didn't need to spend time talking to me, but he did. An example of a professional who cares beyond selling property.
