Last year had my breaks replaced. Since then breaks were making squeaking noise ( really loud ) and knocking sound whilst breaking-reversing.. I was told to give it some time and they should stop. Recently I was doing MOT with All4Wheels so I asked them to look into the breaks. They said they have cleaned it and if the noise comes back they will send them parts back to the manufacturer as they are on the warranty. Since then I was ringing All 4 Wheels. They did not pick up phone or answer the text messages. Seems like they are avoiding me. Will end up paying for the replacement again elsewhere again. Not mention 20 miles round trip. Recently I have paid 45 MOT and 126 for rear shock absorbers for my old Citroen C3. Even Halfords quoted me less for that job but I was hoping they can sort out faulty breaks, they have previously fitted. I would not recommend, sorry.

It is most unfortunate to leave this terrible review. PLEASE READ IT!! Several months ago I had my car vandalised and reached out to All4Wheels for the repair and respray. At first, the work was carried out only to find out weeks later that the paint finish was patchy and not to standard, actually you can see the previous damage in the paint. Speaking directly to the manager, he mentioned that the paint needed to harden anyway and they would collect the car and redo the work after several weeks. Weeks went by and I called them back on no less than 10 times and they mentioned they were relocating their workshop and would needed a few weeks for this to happen. After being promised a call back, they didnt keep to their word and so I called their number on google which even at this stage it not working, try it!!. Fortunately, I called the manager on his personal mobile who apologised and explained that they were still moving, and he was traveling but would reach out as soon as he got back to have the work done. After many empty promises, I reached out again forcing negative reviews and legal action and was promised a date and time for the work to be done. Taking a day off work, and waiting for the car to be collected, nobody turned up. As of today, we are now in September and the original work was carried out in June. Whilst I have been very patient and understanding with this company, it appears that they do not take their business seriously and reasonable opportunities on my part have been given to resolve the matter diplomatically. More so, I lost a days work for them to collect the car which adds further insult. I urge all persons to take very careful consideration before using this company. I have now requested a full refund for the work, as I have fully lost trust in this company to touch my car, God knows what else is happening that we dont know about, I question their legitimacy as a business. As of today, I am requesting a full refund which from this end is reasonable after the way they have behaved. In a separate message sent to All4Wheels, I will be seeking legal action and reporting your company to trading standards and BBC Watchdog. Consumers - DO NOT USE

I had my car with them with a not common issue.After a long 2 weeks they managed to fix it and they did a great job for a reasonable price.I'll defo recommend All4Wheels

My beloved Astra SRi was a non-runner and All 4 Wheels carried out extensive engine work to get it back on the road. Some of the work did take a while to be completed but this was due to thorough investigation to identify the cause of the issues and the parts were sourced with the intention of keeping the costs as low as possible for me. All 4 Wheels went above and beyond to get my car in top condition and I would never take it anywhere else now! I highly recommend this garage who seem to carry out all areas of mechanics and more and all for a reasonable price.
