A really friendly team and WWTCC especially Pete who's been so helpful. Highly recommended, excellent customer service and I've heard good things from others too. Shop is worth a visit as well.

Very impressive customer service. Soon as I walked in I was acknowledged by member of staff (Richard) who was polite, professional, informative and most importantly he was listening actively before offering any product. Won't go into details but these days in any retail it's all about customer service and this is something I experienced well in this particular store. Well done guys. Please keep going.

These guys are simply amazing! I was looking to buy a new kayak and had the Perception Expression and the Venture Flex in mind; when I arrived I was greeted by Joel who led me out to an adjacent large body of water where I tested out the boats. Being able to actually try out a boat before buying it is invaluable, and that alone is a great reason to go here! Joel then suggested a Dagger Axis as a third option that Id not considered, but when I took it out on the water, I knew it was the one for me. He had loads of great advice and was clearly as passionate about paddling as I am, and it was such a pleasure dealing with him. There were no hard sells or pushy tactics that you may find elsewhere, just people passionate about watersports. I also bought a great new Aqua Bound paddle after trying one out. A friendly chap from the store delivered my boat a few days later, and was kind enough to bring it directly to the canoe club where I store my boats. My entire experience with Whitewater was just brilliant, I cant thank everyone enough for making my purchase so enjoyable, and Ill definitely be using them for my future paddling gear and other purchases. [update] Ive just bought my first sea kayak, a P&H Virgo, from WWTCC and once again, the entire experience was just perfect. Such friendly service again, and taking the boat out for a test run gave me the confidence that I was making the right choice! Once again Im a super happy customer!
