This shop saved my family holiday! Sam is kind and very helpful. When I called him and explained the problem I had with my Mercedes SUV just a couple days before Christmas holidays, he took the matter seriously and offered to fix it despite his busy schedule. He looked after my car as if it was his and made sure needed repairs are completed at a very reasonable price. The diagnostics, spare parts arrangements and repair was all made in a single day and he was waiting for me at the shop to collect the car after business hours. Took my car in for a judder when braking at high speed was greeted by Sam who said he will do his best to solve the issue by mid morning he phoned me to say he has carried out a front brake disk runout check and found my front braking discs to be warped causing this issue he supplied and fitted my new front brakes and give my vehicle a full heath check for my summer getaways he even set my tyre pressures and checked all my levels car drives better and I know its safe.
