Great gym facility. Very clean and tidy. Friendly helpful staff. Excellent range of equipment for all levels of fitness. Perfect for my short time in Shepperton. Special thanks to Gary, Laura, Jules and Will for being particularly welcoming and helpful.

I had some personal training sessions with Adam at Freshgym and the experience has been superb. Adam understands all the machinery and also what is required to encourage me to push myself to understand and achieve my fitness and well being goals. I therfore thoroughly recomend Adam and this gym.

My family and I have been with Fresh gym for more than 5 years! When we first started, we were genuinely scared to wear gym clothes, let alone step foot in a gym! However, Fresh is more than a gym, the support, motivation, time and energy you receive from each staff member is truly an inspiration in itself! The facilities are clean, the classes and outdoor HIIT sessions are excellent, the weights area has everything you need and the trainers are always on hand! Highly recommend !!
