        Motive8 runs gym inductions for my new building. It's compulsory and costs 38. The instructor was sent to the wrong location. I re-arranged my whole work day to be able to attend as they only gave me one timelsot option. Really disappointing and a huge inconvenience.

        Really disappointed in this company. Poor work ethic and after care. Charged for work that was never carried out in first place. Would not recommend them.

        Trying to get an induction since November 2021, website does not work, nobody cares about clients. Got offered induction for today which noone has attended and I've been told that they cannot find it on their "system". I don't remember ever dealing with company with so little care about the clients.
