        Amy Welsh at Retell's Sales and Head Office was incredibly helpful and responsive. I'd ordered the wrong part but on contacting Amy was immediately sent out (via signed-for delivery no less) the correct one in quick time. Great customer service.

        Excellent fully featured product. However let down by customer service; licencing is tied tightly to hardware, and basic component failure requires a new licence at a seemingly high fee (not in the tens of pounds). Retell were unable to back their position with a set of T&C's when challenged, but we succumbed due to time pressures and disruption caused by the delay in resolution.
