Dan was able to tell me straight away what was wrong with my PC when I first called him. Parts were ordered and fixed very quickly. PC works perfectly now. He was so patient in explaining to me(not a technical bone in my body) how to get some programs working more efficiently and how to maintain my PC. So glad I found this professional IT consultant. All the reviews you can see are Excellent.........That's because Dan offers an Outstanding Service!! Called on a Saturday, Handed the Laptop on Sunday and Up and Running on Bank Holiday!! If you live in Shepperton or surrounding Area's and you need help than Dan is your "Default Setting"!! Thank You again Dan for sorting out the Battery Problem and WiFi!!

Absolutely top class service! Super fast service, super competitive pricing. Dan was able to identify my sons cpu issue and advise on next steps (manufacturing issue), he was polite and professional. We now wont go to anyone else but Dan for our IT problems!
