Dan was able to tell me straight away what was wrong with my PC when I first called him. Parts were ordered and fixed very quickly. PC works perfectly now. He was so patient in explaining to me(not a technical bone in my body) how to get some programs working more efficiently and how to maintain my PC. So glad I found this professional IT consultant. If you live in Shepperton or surrounding Area's and you need help than Dan is your "Default Setting"!! Thank You again Dan for sorting out the Battery Problem and WiFi!!
