Zabi tenaciously and methodically identified a fault with my Di2 that was not picked up by running diagnostics. I hate to think how many parts a lesser mechanic would have made me replace with a misdiagnosis. He is passionate, friendly and keen to explain. A very good experience and a top service.

Friendly staff, very knowledgeable on almost every type of bike and a great price. I went in with a puncture on my Brompton and he had it fixed in minutes and even checked other points of wear and explained how to prolong the life of parts.
