        Staff are wonderful in the surgery and have always been friendly and welcome. But the big one star review is their sneaky hidden costs. If youre on the VIP plan paying a monthly subscription beware not to mention anything else other than flea or worming treatment or you will be charged 40 and have an in depth consultation without wanting that. I thought mentioning a problem whilst theyre already there doing a general check up (included in the plan) wouldnt be a problem but clearly you cant do that. I walked out thinking it was in the plan till I got a silly amount of phone calls demanding a payment of 40 I wasnt aware of! The surgery needs to be clear of payment to their customers BEFORE PROCEEDING simple.

        Fantastic visit dealt with immediately even though I was 15 minutes early for my appointment. Staff are friendly and Surgery is immaculate
