Tim was punctual, courteous, very very thorough, very hard working and diligent. He genuinely cares about the result and the service he provides which is absolutely exceptional by any yardstick . For the excellent standard of workmanship he provides, his rates are exceptionally good value and I doubt as you can or will in the future, find anyone who can equal what he so happily provides...my carpets were 13 years old and now look 1 year old ! I found this company via a local add magazine. The response to my initial enquiry was very prompt. Tim arrived on time to survey the job and provided me with a detailed overview of what was needed and explained very clearly what the process would entail. We agreed a price and a time to complete the work. On the day, he arrived on time and he delivered an excellent job. My carpets are as good as new. Very little drying time and no lingering odour. I had a teenager's bedroom with makeup stains on the carpet, which he managed to remove. I had Bright Green Cleaning back yesterday to clean my upholstery which, was again an extremely thorough job. My sofa looks as good as new. I have already recommended Tim and Bright Green to family and friends. If you're looking for carpet and/or upholstery cleaning, save yourself a lot of time and use this Bright Green. Trusted, thorough and professional.
