but the downsides:
some of the staff are really rude and have bad attitude. They were eye rolling and just being generally rude and unhelpful. I wanted a spoon because I had a far journey home and prefere to eat in the car on the way home (I had soup) but takeaways are apparently not allowed spoons even though this is an option for online takeaway orders and in my first order today they gave me a soup spoon free of charge as long as I left it with the trays which I did. It ended in them making me pay spoon (it was inexpensive but there was so much hassle over it for no reason).
Why couldnt this have just been available to me in the start and offered to me on the first order?
I think pho need to review this and allow an option of cutlery for takeaway orders without there being a problem as how are takeaway orders meant to eat their food???
