If I could give it a minus star I would. I have lived beside and been coming to this Sainsburys 10+ years. A member of staff named Leslie is the reason me and all of my family do not attend anymore. She is a vile human being and the most disrespectful person I have ever encountered. On more occasions than I can count she has sworn at me, laughed at me, shouted at me and refused to serve me on account of her laziness. On one occasion, as I asked politely for what I wanted from the kiosk she put her hand in my face and me to shhh! Every report I have made has been ignored as she is still employed there. Reading the reviews written here proves that we are not the only ones. It shocks me that she is allowed anywhere near a customer facing role. There is another young member of staff who recently joined, a young girl who is also extremely disrespectful and threw my change onto the counter and stormed off. She gives me filthy looks and huffs and puffs. Going into this Sainsburys on occasions these 2 members of staff are working truly ruins my day. Please fix this Sainsburys !

I have on several occasions complained using Sainsburys complaints procedure about the lack of customer service at this store. I dont need friendly smiling faces wishing me a fabulous day. But I expect common courtesy and basic manners. Two members of staff at the store should not be in any customer facing role. Lesley who usually works in the mornings. Rude, lazy and ignorant. If I do go into this shop in the morning I will always check to see if she is working. If she is I leave and go to Tesco. She has full blown long conversations on her head piece. I am often rushing to catch trains etc and would just like to be able to pop in and get what I need. Recently a new member of staff, a younger lady, joined the store. I believe she could be as bad. She throws your change or items at you and looks at you as if you are interrupting her evening. I dont understand with all of these bad reviews and complaints how Sainsburys can justify giving these roles to people who obviously arent good for their business. There are hundreds of people out there who would love this role and would be a pleasure to deal with. Do better Sainsburys
