        Nice shop, and I like the free coffee for My Waitrose customers. Prices are generally raised though, and their imminent use by deadline date discounts are usually only at around the 15% mark.

        Unfriendly and not flexible attitude from a cashier. I really wanted a magazine which is free for members. Although I am a Waitrose member for many years, I did not have the member card with me so i showed her many emails I receive as members but she did not show a flexible attitude and said I have to pay the magazine it if I don't have the card with me.
