        Terrible customer service - place was empty so it was clear I was there and waiting and the guy serving still chatted to a friend in front of me for multiple minutes ignoring me until I had to ask are you open and he begrudgingly served me - truly awful and will make people concerned that prets new model means they dont care about customers with subscription

        They lied that their machine is not working but they were just too lazy to make certain drinks. When I questioned they indeed just said they are too busy. I dont think its right if its on your menu :)
