Ordered 2 pizzas. One pizza was clearly ready was before the other one so they gave me 1 cold hard pizza and one warm one :(
I told a staff member but she was so miserable and spoke to me so rudely.
Moreover, I emailed the store to let them know about my horrible experience and poor service but heard no response after a whole month. They dont care about customers just making money and meeting targets.
Shame on you and your team. Not impressed by your store in Westfield. If I could 0 stars I would because my money was wasted.
