very bad service, employees unwilling to work, and they close earlier than the mall closes, refusing to sell 10 minutes before the mall closes, and they didn't even want to warm up my snack for me

Dont go here. Dont waste your money! Got an orange juice and a strawberry milkshake and paid 15. It wasnt nice aswell and it was very small.

First time doing an afternoon tea at Caff Concerto and we all loved the experience. The food was delicious, the cakes melted on the tongue and the drinks were generously served. There is a wide choice of tea which you can change for hot chocolate (delicous and such a big cup ! ). The atmosphere was nice but it took us a long time and ask three different people for our order to be taken and been explained the concept (despite telling the first person it was our first time here). Overall great experience.
