We used them three times for day care only , we let our dog stay there in 4 hours , 6 hours and 8 hours when we went to the London with our dogs. The location is really convenient, but only can go there though the car park, because the shopping mall isnt dog allowed.

The Hilton of Doggie Hotels If youre lucky enough to live near Urban Mutts, located under Westfield (White City) then youre crazy not to take advantage of this well facilitated doggie hotel! They have been looking after our little fluffy boy on a regular basis for the past year and I know life would be much harder without them. They collect and drop off from home which allows our work schedules to be unaffected. They have incredible grooming facilities providing services that range from basic tidy, through to deep cleaning with high-tech laser teeth technology. The overnight care has saved us on a number of occasions when a few last minute events have meant weve had to quickly find a safe, clean, happy hotel for our puppy to stay while we are away. Urban Mutts have always been incredibly flexible and supportive. Any dog owner will know how important it is to have a dependable and trusting relationship with anyone we leave our fur-babies with. Greg and his team are truly wonderful! I recommend Urban Mutts to all my friends and anyone who is looking for a safe pair of hands for their fluffy bundles of joy.
