Went to refund two perfumes I had bought and a girl and a man were not being very polite, the atmosphere wasnt pleasant as I had just wanted to return a few things, the perfume that I had brought from the White City branch had looked used, it wasnt brand new and I feel like not shopping there again because of the rudeness and poor customer service I had received.

Ordered 1 2 months ago havent received perfumes. Trird to contact some sort of support and theyve completely ignored and disregarded me. Terrible Customer service

I had the pleasure of interacting with Naz yesterday and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I stepped in, they were incredibly responsive and helpful.
